RUG CARE INSTRUCTIONS

** Use a Rug pad:
We recommend using a high quality rug pad to help reduce wear, especially in high traffic areas such as family rooms or hotel lobbies. A rug pad not only prevents your rug from moving, but also gives you more cushion for comfort as well as protects your floors.

** Vacuum often:
Use only the low level suction to care for your rugs. If possible, do not use the motor beater-brush. Vacuum gently in the direction of the nap and fringes.

** Cleaning stains:
Immediately clean spills without rubbing too hard. Use only household liquid solutions to soften the spots, extract water, blot with clean towels. Please call us with any stain questions to prevent fiber damage. Always use a qualified professional when overall cleaning is needed.

** Rotate Rugs:
Rotate your rugs if possible to minimize sun exposure. This way you will equalizes any effects sunlight may have on your rugs, especially with fine silk or antique rugs.
